Returns Policy

Towels after tearing the packaging are not refundable as they belong to personal hygiene category. Bath robes & towels to be eligible for a return or exchange only if your item is unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 3 days.

Wall decals and Canvas wall paintings to be eligible for a return or exchange if your item is unused and in the same condition you received it. Returns and exchange accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Free standard shipping on orders over ₹499

The orders can take up to 5-7 business days to process, in addition to shipping time.

We do ship outside India. But charges will be different.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
